Jim and Carolyn Wilkin wanted to “get back to the feeling of being outside again.” Beau Butterbrodt of Home Town Restyling helped the Wilkin family design a Temo sunroom that fulfilled all of their needs. After living on a farm outside of Mt. Vernon, Iowa, they purchased a home in Cedar Rapids. Jim & Carolyn missed the openness of the country and wanted to bring a sense of the outdoors to their home.
Their concrete patio wasn’t getting and used to the pests and unwanted weather. The new sun room is a perfect way to utilize that space and add value to their home. When asked what they like the most about the room, they said, “We love everything! Most of our time is spent out in our Sunroom and it is the perfect area for both entertaining and just relaxing”.
