The sweepstakes consists of several separate thematic presentations. Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received. Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by telephone or in person. Sweepstakes open to homeowners within HOME TOWN RESTYLING’s exclusive territory only. One Entry per household. Limit one prize to an individual or household. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed. Sponsor and its agencies assume no liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prizes. The sweepstakes is being used to identify potential customers. Taxes, if any are the responsibility of the individual winners.

In the event that the winner has purchased a HOME TOWN RESTYLING product between 1/1/08 and 12/15/08, that is all or part of their prize, said prizewinner may elect to receive the retail value of that prize in lieu of the product or other products.

Winner may be required to verify address or asked to execute an affidavit of eligibility within 14 days of notification attempt. Entry is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible, or late mail entries or mail.

Grand Entrants will be eligible to win one of three grand prizes:

Grand Prize #1: Republic brand windows installed for entire home (Limit, 15 white double hung or slider window units)
                       * Receive a free upgrade to 366 Thermal Glass with Window purchase

Grand Prize #2: Houseful of Frontier brand siding installed over your existing siding (Limit of 15 hundred sq. feet)
                       * Receive free window capping with a siding purchase

Grand Prize #3: One Temo Sunroom installed on existing foundation that meets building code requirements, maximum size up to 168 sq.ft., 3 5/8” wall system, single pane glass, standard transoms. Does not include: electrical service, utility moves, existing structure alteration, permit fees, survey fees, finished flooring, landscaping, skylights, ceiling fan, furniture or other options.

Sweepstakes only open to homeowners in the state of Iowa, 18 years of age or older except employees or their families of HOME TOWN RESTYLING, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

By providing your name and telephone number, you affirmatively request and expressly permit and authorize HOME TOWN RESTYLING employees or representatives to contact you via telephone to discuss your interest in our home improvement products.
