Cedar Rapids homeowners celebrates the holidays with a new three season sunroom from Home Town Restyling. For years, Nick and Pam Bloom wanted to do something with their deck area in the back of their house.
The deck required annual upkeep and did little to make their backyard enjoyable. Nick and Pam called on Beau Butterbrodt, Project Manager at Home Town Restyling for some ideas. Beau helped the Blooms put together a beautiful 3 season Temo Cathedral Sunroom that opens kitchen to outdoors.
The crew at HTR removed the old wooden deck and constructed a 14 X 14 1/2 foot sunroom in its place. Rather than use traditional lumber, Home Town Restylings exclusive Temo room is totally maintenance free, with extruded aluminum, tempered HPG200 glass, and energy star rated roofing. The siding on the back of the home was removed and knotty pine tongue and groove with a chair rail was installed to give it that finished, warm feeling. The new room addition was completed just in time for the holidays.
