Cedar Rapids Townhouse Adds New Space With Porch Enclosure!
Mary Eckard of Cedar Rapids gained much needed space in her townhouse by converting a patio into living area. Dale Hanzlik of Home Town Restyling designed a beautiful addition that matches perfectly with the existing structure.
Mary had a patio slab that was unused and unprotected from the elements and basically served no useful purpose. By enclosing the patio with a custom built enclosure, Mary converted this wasted space into a room that can be used year round. It makes a great little party room or sitting area and is totally protected from the elements. Mary loves her new room and is currently planning a Christmas party in June.
