Room Addition
LIVING ROOM AND SUNROOM ADDITION
We designed and built a 14 x 16 living room addition by removing the existing patio door with 11 feet of exterior wall to allow room to expand to maintain the open floor plan to include access to the remainder of the home. Using the superior quality products of Novation decking, we installed metal railing to create an outdoor space all on one level for grilling and summertime entertaining.
